铸牢中华民族共同体意识的新闻伦理论域——兼论民族新闻伦理的可能性

摘　　要：作为意识和观念的传播载体与表达方式,新闻是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要途径。在传播民族声音、讲好民族故事的过程中,新闻伦理失范轻则伤害民族感情,重则可能酿成民族关系类公共事件。要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线构建新闻伦理:新闻管理部门应建章立制加强对新闻伦理重要性的认识,新闻媒体应把新闻伦理纳入媒体的社会责任,新闻从业者需要将新闻伦理内化为个人职业素养。新闻伦理与民族伦理的双焦点使民族新闻伦理成为一种可能,应将之纳入到铸牢中华民族共同体意识的话语体系中,推动新闻活动更好地服务于新时代民族工作高质量发展的方向目标。As a carrier and channel of expressing ideas and concepts,news is an important way to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.In the process of spreading China's positive voices and telling China's stories well,the anomie of news ethics may hurt ethnic peoples'feelings at least,or even lead to public events of ethnic relations.Thus,it is necessary to develop news ethics with the principal line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.News management departments should make rules and regulations to improve the understanding of the importance of news ethics,and news media should incorporate news ethics into the social responsibility of media,and journalists should internalize news ethics into personal professional quality.The dual focus of news ethics and ethnic ethics makes ethnic news ethics a possibility,which should be brought into the dis⁃course system of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,so as to promote the journalistic activ⁃ities to better serve the direction and goal of the high-quality development of ethnic work in the new era.
