摘 要:延误调查为评价交通流运行状态提供了重要指标。文中对调查交叉口延误的点样本法进行改进研究,并在此基础上针对点样本法误差产生的原因及观测消耗的人力物力较高的问题进行改进,将原有的观测瞬时交通量通过对观测时间区间的合理选取转换为一种观测区间交通量的方法,并提出实际的改进方案,使得改进后的点样本法具有观测更加简便且精度较高的特点,使之更加适用于基础交叉口延误的数据采集工作。最后,以实际交叉口为例,对上述方法的实验精度进行检验,验证该改进方法。Delay investigations provide important indicators for evaluating the state of traffic flow.In this research,the point sample method for investigating the delay of intersections is improved,and on this basis,it makes improvement in the reasons for the error of the point sample method and the problem of high manpower and material resources consumed by observation,converts the original observational instantaneous traffic volume into a method of observing the traffic volume of the interval through a reasonable selection of the observation time interval,and puts forward the actual improvement plan,so that the improved point sample method has the characteristics of easier observation and higher accuracy and making it more suitable for data collection of basic intersection delays.Finally,taking the actual intersection as an example,the experimental accuracy of the above method is tested to verify the improved method.
