治疗痰瘀互结型不孕症的用药经验

摘　　要：袁少英教授以“和、守、调、融”的理念治疗不孕症,对于临床上常见的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症等以痰瘀互结证为主要辨证类型的不孕症的诊治,有独创性的见解。在诊疗上除了以肾、肝、脾三脏为本之外,还结合了心“主血脉”,肺“主气、主宣发肃降”的生理功能特点,将心肺、痰瘀、不孕症三者进行有机联系,以“养心、稳心、泻心、宣肺、润肺、泻肺”为治则,运用其擅长的中医人工周期疗法,在痰瘀互结型不孕症的诊治上取得了满意的疗效。Prof.Yuan Shao-ying treated infertility with the concept of“harmony,conservation,adjustment and integration”.He had original opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with phlegm and blood stasis as the main type of syndrome differentiation,such as infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.In addition to taking the function of kidney,liver and spleen as the basis for diagnosis and treatment,and combining the physiological function characteristics of heart“governing blood vessels”and lung“dominating diffusion and depurative down-bearing,regulatory function”,Prof.Yuan also integrated the internal relations among heart and lung,phlegm and blood stasis,and female infertility,took“nourishing heart,stabilizing heart,purging heart,promoting lung,moistening lung,and purging lung”as the treatment principle,by using the artificial cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,achieved satisfactory results in diagnosis and treatment of infertility with phlegm and blood stasis.
