摘　　要：在信息技术迅猛发展的时代,图书馆数据治理能够促进服务创新和价值创造。构建了包括管理组织架构的建设、管理流程规范的制定与实施、监督评价体系的保障与落实在内的图书馆数据治理管理体系,指出构建图书馆数据治理管理体系是数据治理工作的基础和重要保障,明确有人负责的管理组织架构,制定有章可循的数据治理规范,建立有效实施的监督评价体系,能够使数据治理工作得到有效推进和落实。In the era of rapid development of information technology,library data governance can promote service in⁃novation and value creation.This paper establishes a library’s data governance and management system including the con⁃struction of management organization structure,the formulation and implementation of management process norms,and the guarantee and implementation of supervision and evaluation system,and points out that establishing library’s data gov⁃ernance management system is the foundation and important guarantee for data governance work,and the data governance work can be effectively promoted and implemented by clarifying the personal responsible management organization struc⁃ture,formulating data governance norms with rules to follow,and establishing the effective implementation of the supervi⁃sion and evaluation system.
