摘  要:为增强流功能分析及流进化路径对机械产品渐近性创新设计的指引性和针对性,基于流的动态性和时序性,提出一种表达物质流、能量流、信息流—功能拓扑关系的三元流功能模型构建方法;面向改进流通性、提高流利用率、消除有害流的不同目标,基于流进化法则提出9条高驱动势、低阻值的流进化路径;建立了流进化路径与问题流的映射关系,构建了基于流功能分析与进化的机械产品创新设计模型,并结合秸秆超细粉碎机改进创新实例验证了模型的有效性。To enhance the guidance and pertinence of the flow function analysis and flow evolution paths for asymptotic innovative design of mechanical products,a construction method of the ternary flow function model was proposed to express the functional topological relationship of material flow,energy flow and information flow.Oriented to the target of improving liquidity,improving flow utilization and eliminating harmful flows,nine flow evolution paths with high driving potential and low resistance were proposed based on the law of flow evolution.The mapping relationship between flow evolution paths and problem flows was established.An innovative design model of mechanical products was constructed based on flow function analysis and evolution,and an improved design example of a straw superfine mill was given to verify its effectiveness.
