摘　　要：弧底梯形全断面渠道混凝土衬砌机施工工艺是针对中、小型弧底梯形断面渠道现浇混凝土衬砌施工而言的,其最大的特点是将混凝土仓面布料、平仓摊铺、振捣等工序融为一体,使得渠道混凝土衬砌整体一次成型。该衬砌机机身整体为自行式行走结构,不仅可以节约劳动力投入、提高生产效率,而且能够均匀、密实地振捣,提高表面平整度,在快速施工的同时保证混凝土衬砌施工质量,为今后同类型的中、小型弧底梯形渠道现浇混凝土的衬砌施工奠定了良好的基础。ARC Bottom Trapezoidal Full-Section Concrete Lining Machine is applicable to the cast-in-place concrete lining construction of medium and small trapezoidal section channel with arc bottom.Its biggest feature is to integrate the block surface concrete placing,spreading,vibrating and other processes,so that the concrete lining of the channel can be formed as a whole at one time.The whole body of the lining machine is a self-propelled walking structure,which can not only save labor input and improve production efficiency,but also can vibrate evenly and compactly,improve surface smoothness,ensure the construction quality of concrete lining while rapid construction,and lay a good foundation for the lining construction of cast-in-situ concrete of the same type of medium and small arc-bottom trapezoidal channels in the future.
