摘  要:该文介绍了润滑油加氢装置运行至换剂周期,在停工检修期间更换为新一代催化剂的装填、活化及开工后催化剂运行状况。催化剂选择性较上周期更高。润滑油基础油收率高达78.32%,较上周期的70.71%大幅上升,异构干气收率大幅下降;第五代异构脱蜡催化剂具有更高活性。同时原料掺炼燃料型加氢裂化尾油后加氢裂化反应温度降低,异构脱蜡反应温度升高,装置氢耗由1.03%降至0.69%,能耗由59.65千克标油/吨降至54.64千克标油/吨,基础油收率提高至88.37%。装置效益增加。The lubricating oil hydrogenation unit was loaded with Chevron's new generation catalyst during its turnaround.This paper mainly introduced the loading condition,activation process and operation condition of the new catalyst.Compared with the previous catalyst,the selectivity of the new catalyst is higher,with the yield of lubricating base oil rising up to 78.32%from 70.71%,and the yield of isomerized dry gas decreased significantly.The fifth generation isomerization dewaxing catalyst had higher activity.After blending the tailoil from fueltype hydrocracking into feedstock on the hydrogenation unit operation,the reaction temperature required for hydrocracking decreased,the reaction temperature required for isomerization dewaxing increased,the hydrogen consumption of the unit decreased from 1.03%to 0.69%,the energy consumption decreased from 59.65 kgEO/t to 54.64 kgEO/t,and the yield of base oil increased to 88.37%.
