大健康人文视角下癌症丧亲者哀伤辅导的本土实践

摘　　要：目的:基于中国香港李嘉诚基金会宁养(临终关怀)项目的实践,反思国内外哀伤辅导经验,引入更具本土化特征的大健康人文视角,希望通过专业社会工作者理念的注入,对哀伤辅导的本土化经验进行探索。方法:对现有的国内外哀伤辅导实践进行解读,通过山西医科大学宁养(临终关怀)项目在山西省某肿瘤医院宁养院的具体实践,以哀伤事件时间轴为主线,提出切入哀伤辅导的4个阶段,深入剖析丧亲者各阶段的心理反应和可提供的辅导策略。结果:以利他主义为核心原则的社会工作与强调“全人观”的大健康人文理念具有内在相通之处,为当前探索癌症丧亲者哀伤辅导建构了有效的介入视角与实践模式。结论:融入大健康人文理念的哀伤辅导,能够更贴近中国文化体系,更能聚焦服务对象的心理与行为逻辑,是具有中国本土特色的丧亲者社会支持模式。Objective:Based on the practice of the hospice(hospice care)project of the Li Ka Shing Foundation in Hong Kong,China,this paper reflects on the experience of grief counseling at home and abroad,introduces a more localized humanistic perspective on health,and takes the timeline of grief events as the main line through the injection of professional social work concepts,explore the localized experience of grief counseling.Methods:This paper interpreted the existing grief counseling practice at home and abroad,and through the specific practice of hospice(hospice care)project of Shanxi Medical University in a hospice of a cancer hospital in Shanxi province,and taked the timeline of grief events as the main line through the injection of professional social work concepts,and deeply analyzed the psychological responses of the bereaved at each stage and the counseling strategies that can be provided.Results:Social work with altruism as the core principle was intrinsically similar to the humanistic concept of big health that emphasizes the"whole person view",which constructed an effective intervention perspective and practice model for the current exploration of grief counseling for cancer bereavement.Conclusion:The results show that the grief counseling integrated with the humanistic concept of big health can be closer to the Chinese cultural system,and can focus more on the psychological and behavioral logic of the clients.It is a social support model for the bereaved with Chinese local characteristics.
