摘　　要：目的:构建基于智能手机的老年人电子健康素养教育指标体系,为开展老年人电子健康素养教育提供参考。方法:基于问卷调查、文献回顾初步拟定基于智能手机的老年人电子健康素养教育指标体系,结合德尔菲法对老年医学、老年护理、健康教育等领域的17名专家进行2轮函询。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为70.83%、100.00%;专家权威系数分别为0.853,0.906;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.268,0.294(P<0.01),第2轮函询变异系数为0.00~0.18。最终构建的指标体系包括智能手机的使用、搜寻网络健康信息、评判网络健康信息、应用网络健康服务和常用网络健康资源推荐5个一级指标、14个二级指标、68个三级指标。结论:构建的基于智能手机的老年人电子健康素养教育指标体系具有较高的可靠性,可为开展老年人电子健康素养教育提供参考。Objective:To construct an e⁃health literacy education index system for older people based on smart phones,so as to provide references for carrying out e⁃health literacy education for the elderly.Methods:Based on the questionnaire survey and literatures review,the index system of e⁃health literacy education for older people based on smart phones was initially developed.Seventeen experts in geriatric medicine,geriatric nursing,health education and other fields were consulted by two rounds of consultation.Results:The recovery rates of two rounds of expert consultation were 70.83%and 100%respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.853 and 0.906,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.268 and 0.294(P<0.01).The variation coefficients of the second round of consultation were 0.00⁃0.18.The finally constructed index system included 5 first⁃level indicators,which were use of smart phones,searching online health information,judging online health information,applying online health services and recommending common online health resources,and 14 second⁃level indicators and 68 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The e-health literacy education index system for older people based on smart phones has high reliability,which can provide reference for the e-health literacy education for older people.
