摘 要:航空发动机用燃油电液伺服阀的工作温度较高,高温下热变形导致的力矩马达螺钉伸长会造成螺钉预紧力的大幅降低,导致在航空发动机强振动环境下存在力矩马达螺钉松动的风险。为解决上述问题,以某重点型号航空发动机用电液伺服阀为研究对象,通过采用低线膨胀系数螺钉,高线膨胀系数垫片以及提高拧紧力矩这三种高温下力矩马达螺钉预紧力的提升方法,建立力矩马达有限元模型,采用有限元分析的手段,开展参数化研究。研究明确了螺钉材料、螺钉垫片线膨胀系数以及初始预紧力对力矩马达螺钉高温下的预紧力的影响规律,验证了三种方法的合理性,为后续耐高温电液伺服阀的设计优化提供了理论参考。The working temperature of electrohydraulic servo valve for the aeroengine is relatively high,and elongation of the torque motor screw caused by thermal deformation under high temperature will greatly reduce the pretension of the screw.There is a risk of torque motor loosening under the strong vibration environment of the aeroengine.TO solve this problem,taking the electrohydraulic servo valve for aeroengine as the object,the finite element model of the torque motor is established to validate the three methods of lifting the screw pretention of the torque motor at high temperatures,namely,using low linear expansion coefficient screws,high linear expansion coefficient gaskets and improving the initial tightening torque.The parametric research is carried out by means of finite element analysis.The influence law of screw material,linear expansion coefficient of screw gasket and initial pretention on the pretention of torque motor screws at high temperature is found,and rationality of the three methods are verified,which provides a theoretical reference for the design of high-temperature electrohydraulic servo valve.
