摘 要:重型静压回转工作台夹紧机构往往都是碟形弹簧夹紧形式,夹紧力较大,夹紧后对工作台台面的跳动精度影响较大,且受结构、安装空间等因素限制的原因,往往铸件加工难度大,后期的维修、装配不便。针对上述问题,利用有限元分析结合工程实践经验,设计了一种新型的夹紧结构。经实际工程应用证明,优化后的回转工作台整体的静刚度和固有频率提升,夹紧后几何精度不佳、工艺性差的问题得到有效解决。The clamping mechanism for heavy hydraulic rotary worktable is often in the form of disc spring clamping,yet the run-out accuracy of worktable after clamping is poor because of its large clamp force;and due to the restricted structure,installation space and other factors,the casting process is difficult,and the later maintenance and assembly is inconvenient.Focusing on the problem,a new type of clamping mechanism is designed based on the finite element analysis and the practical engineering experience.The practical application proves that the overall static stiffness and the natural frequency of the rotary worktable are increased after optimization;at the same time,the problems of poor geometric accuracy and poor manufacturability after clamping are solved.
