摆线泵转子端面间隙对泄露量和拖拽扭矩的影响研究

摘  要:针对一齿差摆线齿轮泵端面间隙对泄露量和扭矩影响的问题,研究设计转子端面间隙的方法;分析计算装配不同端面间隙转子对油泵流量和拖拽扭矩影响。用Pumplinx软件、通用公式进行计算分析,得出了泄露量与端面间隙的具体关系,对拖拽扭矩与端面间隙的关系进行计算,得出了端面间隙与拖拽扭矩的关系,所总结的影响因素及变化规律可为设计内、外转子和油泵壳体的尺寸及公差提供依据。For the influence of lateral gap between gear and gear body on the leakage and torque,the method of designing the rotor lateral clearance is studied in this paper.The effect of different lateral gap rotor on the pump flow and drag torque is analyzed and calculated by using the Pumplinx software and general formula;and the specific relationship of leakage and lateral clearance is obtained.Then,relationship between the drag torque and the end gap is calculated,thus the relationship between the end gap and the drag torque is obtained.The influencing factors and changes summarized in this article can provide a basis for designing the reasonable size and tolerance of the inner and outer rotor and the oil pump housing.
