摘  要:针对一种结构件加工批量大,原工艺需要多次装夹,生产过程无仿真验证,生产效率低等问题,提出了结构件的多轴高速铣削工艺优化思路。该方法以五轴数控加工中心为基础,设计了一种多轴高速铣削工装,实现了快速装夹和五轴工序的集中加工,同时完成了基于UG软件的自动编程和刀轨仿真。通过工艺优化,使用高速动态铣,实现了加工精度较高结构件的五轴高效加工。A type of structural parts has large processing batch,and the original process method needs multiple clamping,the production process has no simulation verification and the production efficiency is low.In this paper,the optimization idea of multi-axis high-speed milling process of structural parts is mainly expounded,and a kind of high-speed milling tool suitable for multi-axis is designed.Based on the five-axis CNC machining center,it realizes the rapid clamping and five-axis process centralized processing;at the same time,it completes the automatic programming and tool path simulation based on UG software.Through the process optimization and high speed dynamic milling,five-axis machining of structural parts with high machining accuracy is realized.
