摘 要:公称厚度5 mm热轧不锈钢卷材纵剪加工时成品切口断面断裂层会出现凹凸不平的水波纹缺陷,严重影响下游工艺焊接可靠性和扁钢外观质量。为消除该缺陷,分别采取不同参数进行试验,研究了重刀量、侧间隙、产线速度、侧间隙和产线速度双因素对纵剪成品切口断面水波纹缺陷的影响。研究表明,增大圆盘刀侧间隙至18%,同时产线速度降低至25~30 m/min时,可以很好地避免切口断面水波纹缺陷的产生,为消除该缺陷供了参考方案。When the nominal thickness of 5mm hot rolled stainless steel coil is slit-cut,there will be uneven water ripple defects in the fracture layer of the cut section of the finished product,which will seriously affect the welding reliability of the next process and the appearance quality of flat steel.In order to eliminate the defect,different parameters are used to test,and the effects of double factors such as heavy knife size,side clearance,line velocity,side clearance and line velocity on the water ripple defect in the cut section of the slit-shear finished product are studied.By increasing the disc cutter clearance to 18%and decreasing the linear velocity to 25~30 m/min,the water ripple defect in the cut section can be avoided well,which provides a reference scheme for eliminating the defect.
