热震条件下Al-Si复合Al_(2)O_(3)-C材料的组成、结构和性能变化

摘  要:以板状刚玉骨料和细粉为原料,以酚醛树脂为结合剂制备了Al-Si复合Al_(2)O_(3)-C不烧滑板材料,测定了干燥后试样以及在1 100~1 300℃下热震不同次数后试样的体积密度、显气孔率和常温抗折强度,研究了热震对试样的物相组成、显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高和热震次数的增加,Al、Si反应生成非氧化物Al_4C_3、AlN和SiC的程度增加。由于热震产生的微裂纹为微量空气进入试样内部提供了通道,致使试样内部微区域气相压力增加,从而使非氧化物生成量增大,且非氧化物晶须发育良好,对材料具有填充和增强作用,使试样的致密度和强度略有增加。The unfired Al-Si incorporated Al_(2)O_(3)-C slide plate material was prepared using corundum and fine powders as starting materials,and phenolic resin as binder.The bulk density,apparent porosity and cold modulus of rupture of the dried specimens and the specimens after different times of thermal shock at 1100~1300℃were tested.The effects of thermal shock on the phase composition,microstructure and properties of the specimens were investigated.The results showed that the reaction degree of Al and Si to form non-oxides Al 4C 3,AlN,and SiC increased with the increase of temperature and thermal shock cycles.As the micro-cracks produced by thermal shock provided channels for trace air to enter the interior of the specimen,the pressure of gas phases in the micro-region of the specimen increased.Then the amount of non-oxides generation increased and the non-oxide whiskers were well developed,which could create filling and strengthening effects in the material,and slightly increased the density and strength of the samples.
