提高片层弯曲率增强纳米二硫化钼润滑性能的研究

摘  要:片状结构的二硫化钼(MoS_(2))纳米微粒具有优良的润滑性能,通过一些方法还可进一步提升它的性能。利用钼酸钠与硫化钠在强酸性溶液中反应制备片状MoS_(2)纳米微粒,通过在反应体系中添加N,N-二甲基乙酰胺充当形态诱导剂,可以增加MoS_(2)纳米片层的弯曲率,润滑性能也相应得到改善。形态诱导剂的加入,因氢键和静电作用产生了类似模板剂的效果,促使产物片层沿弯曲方式生长。高频往复摩擦试验证明,在聚ɑ-烯烃基础油中,高弯曲的MoS_(2)纳米片层结构可提升减摩性能与抗磨性能分别达10%与17%左右。Sheet-like nanosized molybdenum disulfide(nano-MoS_(2))has good lubrication properties which can be further improved by some modification methods.Sheet-like nano-MoS_(2) has been pre-pared by the reaction of sodium molybdate and sodium sulfide in a strongly acidic solution.After add-ing N,N-dimethylacetamide to the reaction system as morphological inducers,the sheet curvature of nano-MoS_(2) has been increased,resulted in an improved lubrication performance.The addition of N,N-dimethylacetamide promotes the MoS_(2) sheets to grow along a curving fashion derived from the hy-drogen bonding and electrostatic interactions between N,N-dimethylacetamide and H2O.The high fre-quency reciprocating rig tests show that the as-prepared nano-MoS_(2) with a high sheet curvature can improve friction reduction by 10%and wear resistance by 17%in poly-ɑ-olefin base oil,respectively.
