摘 要:采用长度为30cm的管式NaA分子筛膜,对含有银杏叶提取物的水-乙醇体系进行渗透汽化分离;考察了操作温度、水-乙醇浓度以及银杏叶提取物的浓度对膜分离性能的影响,结果表明NaA分子筛膜具有良好的分离性能,在70℃下,对于90wt%的水/乙醇溶液,通量高达2.0kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),且水/乙醇的分离因子高于50000。在提取工艺中,NaA分子筛膜的引入,不仅可以通过醇水分离浓缩银杏叶主要成分,而且对银杏叶主要成分异鼠李素、山奈酚以及槲皮素的化学结构无影响。长期渗透汽化(150h)运行结果表明NaA分子筛膜具有良好的分离稳定性和工作寿命。研究结果对NaA分子筛膜应用于银杏叶提取工艺中有机溶剂的回收提供了有益的参考。Tubular NaA zeolite membrane with length of 30 cm was fabricated and applied to the per-vaporation of water-ethanol system containing Ginkgo biloba extraction.The effects of operating tem-perature,water-ethanol concentration and the extraction concentration on the separation performance of the membrane were investigated.The results indicated the excellent separation performance of the NaA zeolite membrane.At 70℃,the flux of NaA zeolite membrane was as high as 2.0 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) for water feed of 90 wt%with separation factor of water/ethanol above 50000.The membrane separation not only concentrated the components of the Ginkgo biloba extraction,but also protected the chemical structures of the isorhamnetin,kaempferol and quercetin in the extraction.Furthermore,the long-term(150 h)operation results showed that the NaA zeolite membrane had good separation stability and du-rability.The study provided reference for the application of the membrane in the recovery of organic solvent(ethanol)in the extraction process of Ginkgo biloba leaves.
