摘  要:为了改善传统记圈/计时方法的适用范围、记录精度及性价比等问题,研究设计一种新的基于效益成本比(Effectiveness Cost Ratio,ECR)的中长跑、路跑记圈/计时方法。该方法基于对传统记录方法性价比的分析,设立了长跑项目记圈/计时方法的效费比模型,并提出在具体实践过程中的实现方法。仿真结果表明,所提方法在保持较低资源消耗的情况下,能获得较高的记录精度,提高了效费比,为体育比赛中长跑、路跑项目的准确记圈/计时提供了新的技术。In order to solve the problems of the traditional time and lap recording methods,such as application,accuracy and performance,a new time and laps counting method for middle and long distance running and road running is designed.Based on the effectiveness cost analysis of traditional recording methods,an effectiveness cost ratio(ECR)model for time and laps counting method is established.Moreover,the implementation method in practice is put forward.Simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high recording accuracy while maintaining low resource consumption.Thus,it obtains higher ECR and can provide new technology for accurate time and laps counting of middle and long-distance running events in sports competitions.
