摘 要:为提高铁路车轮堆垛机的工作效率,提出基于RFID技术的铁路车轮堆垛机定位控制系统。利用RFID读写器采集电机信息,经变频器处理后,通过ET200s传输至定位模块,利用RFID无线定位测量方式进行定位,并利用其实现堆垛机的精准调速,控制堆垛机出库。实验表明,该系统精准定位不同运行方式下的堆垛机位置;堆垛机启停控制响应速度快,不受信噪比影响;系统信息录入效率高,可极大程度提高堆垛机工作效率。In order to improve the working efficiency of railway wheel stacker,a railway wheel stacker positioning control system based on RFID technology is proposed.RFID reader is used to collect motor information,which is processed by frequency converter and transmitted to the positioning module through ET200S.RFID wireless positioning measurement method is used for positioning,and the precise speed regulation of the stacker is realized by using it,so as to control the stacker out of the warehouse.The experiments show that the system can accurately locate the position of stacker under different operation modes;The stacker start and stop control of the system has fest response speed and is not affected by signal-to-noise ratio;And the system has high information input efficiency,which can greatly improve the working efficiency of the stacker.
