摘  要:为了降低电网输电线路受到交叉跨越影响,需要对绝缘架空线路的弧垂及交叉跨越距离等参数进行精确测量。在利用倾角法监测交叉跨越距离的基础上,提出了交叉跨越监测模型。设计绝缘架空线交叉跨越在线监测系统,重点给出了倾角传感器节点,倾角传感器电路和电源电路关键部件的设计,并进行功耗分析。选择中位平均滤波法处理倾角传感器测试数据结果发现,随着倾角的减小,获得了杂散噪声更小的测量角度,滤波效果也更优,选择MPU6050作为倾角传感器可以满足本系统的运行要求。该研究对实现绝缘架空线交叉跨越监测自动化具有很好的应用价值,易于推广实现。In order to reduce the impact of cross span on transmission lines,it is necessary to accurately measure the sag and cross span distance of insulated overhead lines.On the basis of using inclination method to monitor cross-span distance,a cross-span monitoring model is proposed.The on-line monitoring system of insulated overhead line crossing is designed.The node of inclination sensor,the circuit of inclination sensor and the key components of power supply circuit are designed,and the power consumption is analyzed.The median average filtering method is used to process the measurement data of the inclination sensor.It is found that with the decrease of the inclination,the measurement angle with less stray noise is obtained,and the filtering effect is better.The MPU6050 as the inclination sensor can meet the operation requirements of this system.The research has a good application value to realize the automation of the crossing monitoring of insulated overhead lines and is easy to be popularized.
