摘  要:电梯利用率呈现线性增长,为避免事故发生,设计基于边缘计算构建电梯运行状态远程监控平台。由数据通信、存储以及监管等单元构建边缘计算模型,结合云端与移动端组建远程监控平台,架构远程监控平台的监控中心,利用线程调度策略完成有效线程调度。仿真实验阶段,选取交流调速乘客电梯作为仿真对象,采用树莓派开发板模拟边缘端计算,根据监控平台功能检测分析结果,验证所建平台能够有效实现平台各项功能,具有一定的有效性,该平台预警准度较高,响应较快,且处理器负载较低,性能优势显著,可以满足电梯监控领域的实时性需求。In order to avoid accidents,a remote monitoring platform for elevator operation status is built based on edge computing.The edge computing model is constructed by data communication,storage and supervision units,and the remote monitoring platform is constructed by combining cloud and mobile terminals.The monitoring center of the remote monitoring platform is constructed,and the thread scheduling strategy is used to complete the efifective thread scheduling.In the simulation experiment stage,Hitachi YP-15-CO90 AC speed regulating passenger elevator is selected as the simulation object,and raspberry pie development board is used to simulate the edge end calculation.According to the function detection and analysis results of the monitoring platform,it is verified that the built platform can effectively realize various functions of the platform and has certain effectiveness.The platform has high warning accuracy,fast response,low processor load and significant performance advantages,which can meet the real-time requirements of elevator monitoring field.
