摘 要:该文以某智能电子组装生产车间的AGV(自动引导小车)物流配送系统作为背景,研究在该系统中AGV运载能力和数量对物料配送及时率的影响。结合数学、运筹学及C++编程等知识,设计拉动式的物料配送响应规则,通过仿真软件建立实际生产场景的AGV物流配送仿真模型。采用统计学方法,进行20组全因子试验。结果表明,AGV的数量、运载能力对物料配送及时率具有显著影响。基于响应优化方法获得最优的AGV配置方案,提高物流效率,减少投入成本,为企业决策提供参考。Based on the AGV(automatic guided vehicle)logistics distribution system of an intelligent electronic assembly workshop,this paper studies the influence of AGV carrying capacity and quantity on the just-in-time rate of material distribution in this system.Combined with the knowledge of mathematics,operations research and C++programming,the pull response rules of material distribution are designed,and the AGV logistics distribution simulation model of the actual production scene is established through the simulation software.Twenty groups of full-factor experiments were carried out by statistical method.The results show that the quantity and carrying capacity of AGV have a significant impact on the just-in-time rate of material distribution,and the optimal AGV configuration scheme is obtained based on the response optimization method,which can improve the logistics efficiency,reduce the input cost,and provide reference for enterprise decision-making.
