摘 要:天然气冷热电三联供技术具有高能效、高安全性、高经济效益、清洁环保和削峰填谷等优点。而目前,由于三联供技术在国内尚有一些法律法规、行业标准和规范等方面的限制,使得天然气资源难以得到有效的保护。因此,要推进三联供技术的发展,进一步提高一次能源利用效率,减少环境污染,就需要进一步加强生态文明建设,不断完善现有的法律、法规,并吸收国外的先进经验,使相关政策得以实施。该文主要探讨天然气冷热电三联供系统中能源梯级综合利用的现状,分析存在的问题并相应地提出优化建议。Natural gas combined cooling,heating and power technology has the advantages of high energy efficiency,high safety,high economic benefits,clean and environmental protection,peak cutting and valley filling and so on.At present,due to the limitations of some laws and regulations,industry standards and norms in China,the natural gas resources are difficult to be effectively protected.Therefore,in order to promote the development of triple supply technology,further improve the efficiency of primary energy utilization and reduce environmental pollution,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,constantly improve existing laws and regulations,and absorb advanced experience from foreign countries.so that the relevant policies can be implemented.This paper mainly discusses the present situation of energy cascade comprehensive utilization in natural gas cooling,heating and power cogeneration system,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some optimization suggestions accordingly.
