摘　　要：文中提出一种基于弯曲波纹基片集成人工等离子激元波导(BCSIPW)的微波带通滤波器(MBF)结构。通过在基片集成波导(SIW)的顶层和底层蚀刻阵列槽,实现具有低截止频率和高截止频率的人工表面等离子体激元模式(SSPPs)。同时,通过在基片集成波导顶层采用两排14弯曲短截线代替金属通孔,避免基板集成波导的金属通孔加工。为验证所设计结构的性能,设计一种BCSIPW带通滤波器。仿真和测试结果表明,该滤波器的通带范围为9~11.5 GHz,带内回波损耗≤-12.5 dB,插入损耗≤2.5 dB。BCSIPW结构具有集成度高、加工方便等优点,在微波器件及组件中具有良好的应用前景。A microwave band⁃pass filter(MBF)structure based on bent corrugated substrate integrated plasmonic waveguide(BCSIPW)is proposed.A spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPPs)mode with low and high cutoff frequencies is realized by etching array slots on the top and bottom layers of substrate integrated waveguides(SIW).Two rows of quarter bent stub lines are adopted on the top layer of SIW to replace metal through holes,so as to avoid the processing of metal through holes in the SIW.A BCSIPW band⁃pass filter is designed to verify the performance of the designed structure.The simulation and testing results show that the pass⁃band range of the filter is 9~11.5 GHz,its return loss in band is≤-12.5 dB,and its insertion loss is≤2.5 dB.The BCSIPW structure has the advantages of high integration and convenient processing,and has a good application prospect in microwave devices and components.
