摘  要:针对某型长焦距航空相机快门使用寿命受限的难题,文中以单片机为核心,通过快门信号的输入处理技术、输出驱动接口技术和抗干扰设计,研制快门模拟装置替代真实快门工作。通过软件设计实现协调快门上紧、开放与快门调速同时进行又互不干扰,模拟快门复杂工作过程,从而减少快门工作次数损耗,延长相机使用寿命。经测试,快门模拟装置具有自检功能,易于接插和悬挂,能够满足快速、方便的通电要求,并解决实际快门使用寿命受限的问题,保证相机的正常使用。In allusion to the problem of limited service life of a certain type of long⁃focus aerial camera′s shutter,a single chip microcomputer is taken as the core,and a shutter simulation device is developed to replace the real shutter by means of the input processing technology,output drive interface technology and the anti⁃interference design of the shutter signal.By means of the software design,the coordination of the shutter tightening,opening and speed regulation can be realized simultaneously without mutual interference to simulate the complex working process of the shutter,so as to reduce the shutter loss due to operation times,and extend the service life of the camera.The shutter simulation device has a self⁃test function,is easy to connect and hang,and can meet the fast and convenient power⁃on requirements.It also can improve the limited service life of actual shutter,and ensure the normal use of the camera.
