摘 要:针对电子产品制造的锡膏印刷过程参数众多、交互作用复杂的问题,文中利用神经网络算法建立一种短时印刷质量预测模型。对基于刮刀压力设置值和基于刮刀压力实际值的模型精度进行比较,结果表明,基于实际值的模型误差为2.12%,基于设置值的模型误差为5.42%,基于实际值模型的精度优于基于设置值的模型。进一步分析具体数据发现,基于刮刀压力设置值模型误差较大的原因是:不同设置值对应的实际值波动较大,且设置粒度分辨力无法完全区分不同设置值对应的实际值。由于设置值和实际值存在较大差异,印刷时钢网承受的压力与预设的压力值范围不同,导致实际的下锡量与参数调整时预想不同,所以刮刀压力设置值的印刷质量预测模型精度较差。In allusion to the problems of numerous parameters and complex interactions in the solder paste printing process of electronic product manufacturing,a short⁃term printing quality prediction model is established by means of neural network algorithm.The accuracy of the models based on the set value of scraper pressure and the actual value of scraper pressure is compared.The results show that the model error based on the actual value is 2.12%,the model error based on the set value is 5.42%,and the accuracy of the model based on the actual value is better than that of the model based on the set value.The further analysis of specific data reveals that the reasons for the large error of the model based on the scraper pressure setting value is that the actual values corresponding to different setting values have larger fluctuation,and the setting granularity resolution cannot completely distinguish the actual values corresponding to different setting values.Due to the significant difference between the set value and the actual value,the pressure exerted on the steel mesh during printing is different from the preset pressure value range,resulting in a difference between the actual tin discharge amount and the expected value during parameter adjustment.Therefore,the accuracy of the printing quality prediction model for the scraper pressure set value is poor.
