摘　　要：根据国标GB/T 15289-2013数字存储示波器通用规范,对数字存储示波器的垂直灵敏度、时基范围、输入带宽及上升时间进行检测。本文以国标检测方法为纲,以数字示波器SDS5104X为例,考虑示波器垂直分辨力和水平分辨力的影响作用下,对上述检测项的不确定度进行分析和评定。According to the national standard GB/T 15289-2013 general specification of digital storage oscilloscope,the vertical sensitivity,time base range,input bandwidth and rise time of digital storage oscilloscope are tested.This paper focuses on the national standard test method and takes the digital oscilloscope SDS5104X as an example to analyze and evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the above testing items under the influence of the vertical resolution and horizontal resolution of the oscilloscope.
