摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对智库战略咨询研究经典案例的研究,利用数据呈现智库战略咨询研究的信息需求特征,指导信息服务机构开展面向智库的数据资源建设和信息服务。[方法/过程]利用案例分析、统计分析和专家访谈等方法,对项目产出的综合报告、课题报告和领域报告等21份报告中引用的数据、文献及政策等信息进行标引提取和统计分析,并在此基础上分析了项目研究参考引用的信息,揭示战略咨询研究的信息需求特征。[结果/结论]不同于已有的经验讨论,本文采用定量的方法探讨了智库战略咨询研究的信息需求特征。智库战略咨询研究对外部信息具有高度依赖性,参考引用的信息来源呈现明显的信息类型多样性,对信息发布渠道的权威性和时效性具有较高的要求,且参考引用信息内容主要集中在国家政策、产业研究和产业经济。情报信息服务应加强智库信息服务的协同性和服务内容的针对性,加强个性化数据资源和产品的建设,打造更多小而精的数据和产品,围绕智库研究特点,培养专业化服务队伍。[Purpose/significance]Through the study of classic cases of strategic consulting research of think tank,we present by data the characteristics of information needs of strategic consulting research of think tank,and guide information service organizations to carry out data resource construction and information services for think tank-oriented.[Method/process]Using methods such as case analysis,statistical analysis,and expert interviews,we label data,literature,policies,and other information cited in 21 reports,which is the project output and includes comprehensive reports,subject reports,and domain reports,and analyze the information cited in the project research references.On this basis,we analyze the information referenced in the project study to reveal the characteristics of the information needs of the strategic consulting study.[Result/conclusion]Unlike the existing empirical discussions,this paper uses a quantitative approach to explore the information demand characteristics of strategic consulting research of think tank.The strategic consulting research of think tank is highly dependent on external information,and referenced sources of information show obvious diversity of message types,and have high requirements on the authority and timeliness of information release channels,and the referenced information content mainly focuses on national policies,industrial research and industrial economy.Intelligence information services should strengthen the synergy of think tank information services and the relevance of service contents,strengthen the construction of personalized data resources and products,create more small but precise data and products,and cultivate specialized service teams based on the research characteristics of think tank.
