美国保守派智库对中国抗疫的话语偏见--基于传统基金会涉华疫情系列报告的分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]本文旨在进一步了解以传统基金会等为代表的美国保守派智库对中国抗疫话语偏见的主要内容、形成原因和内在逻辑,探寻针对性的有效应对举措,更好地引导国际社会正确认识中国抗疫,携手世界各国共同行动,开展国际联防联控应对疫情。[方法/过程]以新冠疫情以来传统基金会发表的系列涉华疫情研究报告为研究样本,全面梳理和分析研究报告中的话语主题、互文性、话语结构等存在的话语偏见,并根据这些话语偏见的表现特征剖析这些偏见形成的原因。[结果/结论]传统基金会涉华疫情系列报告的话语偏见,是美国保守派智库对中国抗疫的话语偏见缩影,本质上是意识形态的“冷战”,受其营销型智库特性的影响。建议加强中国国际传播工作,讲好中国抗疫故事,揭露美国保守派智库在新冠疫情关涉全人类生命健康领域中的意识形态冷战和营销策略。[Purpose/significance]The aim of this paper is to further understand the main content and causes of discourse prejudice against China’s anti-epidemic by American conservative think tanks,explore targeted and effective countermeasures,and better guide the international community to correctly understand China’s fight against COVID-19,join hands with other countries in the world to carry out international joint prevention and control.[Method/process]This paper takes a series of research reports on China-related epidemics published by the Heritage Foundation since the COVID-19 outbreak as research samples,comprehensively analyzes the existing discourses in the research reports such as discourse theme,intertextuality,discourse structure,and dissects the causes of these prejudices according to the characteristics of these discourse prejudices.[Result/conclusion]The discourse bias of the Heritage Foundation’s series of reports on the China-related epidemic is the epitome of the discourse bias of the American conservative think tanks against China’s epidemic prevention.It is essentially an ideological cold War,influenced by the nature of marketing think-tanks.It is necessary to strengthen China’s international communication work,tell the story of China’s anti-epidemic,and expose the ideological cold war and marketing strategies of American conservative think tanks in the field of the new crown pneumonia epidemic that is related to the life and health of all human beings.
