摘  要:首先以己内酰胺(CPL)在高温下水解开环生成的氨基己酸与二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)反应合成改性固化剂,然后在环氧树脂结构中嵌入聚乙二醇结构,得到具有一定水溶性的改性树脂,最后将改性固化剂和改性树脂进行加成反应制得水性环氧固化剂,考察了水性环氧固化剂的合成工艺及其涂膜的各项性能。结果表明:PACM与CPL的摩尔比为3.0:1.0,反应时间为3.5 h时,CPL能够完全水解开环并形成改性固化剂;环氧树脂与聚乙二醇合成改性树脂时,适宜的催化剂滴加时间为50 min,催化剂质量分数为0.20%;CPL合成的水性环氧固化剂涂膜室温固化后,耐冲击性、柔韧性、耐水性、耐盐性、耐盐雾性优于市售产品,能明显改善环氧树脂固化后涂膜较脆的缺陷。A modified curing agent was synthesized by reacting aminocaproic acid generated by the hydrolysis of caprolactam(CPL)at high temperature with diaminodicyclohexyl methane(PACM),and then the polyethylene glycol structure was embedded in the epoxy resin structure to obtain a modified resin with a certain water solubility.Finally,the modified curing agent and the modified resin were added to produce a waterborne epoxy curing agent.The synthesis process of waterborne epoxy curing agent and the properties of its film were investigated.The results showed that CPL can completely hydrolyze and form a modified curing agent when the molar ratio of PACM to CPL was 3.01.0 and the reaction time was 3.5 h;the appropriate feeding time and the mass fraction of catalyst was 50 min and 0.20%,respectively,when the modified resin was synthesized from epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol;and after curing at room temperature,the waterborne epoxy curing agent film synthesized from CPL had better impact resistance,flexibility,water resistance,salt resistance and salt fog resistance than the commercially available products,and can significantly improve the brittleness of the coating film after curing.
