提高涤纶POY含油率均匀性的技术改造及效果

摘  要:针对熔体直纺430 dtex/288 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)含油率不稳定的状况,从上油系统的油嘴型号、油剂泵规格、油剂管道管径等方面分析POY含油率均匀性的影响因素,并提出技术改造措施。结果表明:更换油嘴型号、油剂泵规格对提高POY含油率均匀性的作用不明显,油剂管道管径偏小是POY含油率不匀的关键因素;对油路和丝路进行了改造,将原油剂管道用内径32 mm、外径42 mm的DN32无缝不锈钢管更换为内径40 mm、外径48 mm的DN40无缝不锈钢管,同时在卷绕路径上加装了分丝板和定位瓷件;改造后,生产中断头和毛丝毛圈现象明显减少,POY产品含油率变异系数从8.95%降低至0.98%,条干不匀率从1.27%降低至0.98%,断裂强度变异系数及断裂伸长率变异系数均降低了约1.0%;改造后,丝束上油时喷油、滴油现象得到明显改善,减少了油剂的浪费,每年可节约油剂费用14 235元。In view of the unstable oil content of direct melt spun 430 dtex/288 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY),the factors affecting the oil content uniformity of POY were analyzed from the aspects of nozzle type of oiling system,specification of oiling pump,diameter of oiling pipe,etc..And the technical transformation measures were put forward.The results showed that the change of nozzle type and oil agent pump specification had no obvious improvement effect of the oil content uniformity of POY,and the small diameter of oil agent pipeline was the key factor for the uneven oil content of POY;the oil way and yarn path had been reformed by replacing DN32 seamless stainless steel pipe with an inner diameter of 32 mm and an outer diameter of 42 mm by DN40 seamless stainless steel pipe with an inner diameter of 40 mm and an outer diameter of 48 mm for the oil agent pipeline and installing a split plate and positioning porcelain on the winding path at the same time;the broken ends,filaments and loops was significantly reduced,the oil content variation coefficient of POY products was reduced from 8.95%to 0.98%,the yarn unevenness was decreased from 1.27%to 0.98%,and the variation coefficients of breaking strength and elongation at break was reduced by about 1.0%after the transformation;and the phenomenon of oil injection and dripping was significantly improved during the oiling of the tow after the transformation,thus the waste of oil agent was depressed and the cost of oil agent was saved by 14235 RMB yuan annually.
