摘  要:采用熔体直纺工艺路线生产222 dtex/72 f扁平涤纶拉伸丝,针对生产过程中容易产生毛丝、断头等现象,重点对所用喷丝板、纺丝温度、冷却条件、拉伸工艺和上油工艺等进行了优化。结果表明:选择扁平孔喷丝板微孔长宽比10:1、组件初始压力(17.0±0.5)MPa,生产稳定性较好;在纺丝温度288℃、冷却风速0.80 m/s、无风区高度65 mm、集束位置1 200 mm、拉伸倍数2.60、第一热辊温度92℃、第二热辊温度132℃、油剂质量分数20%、纤维含油率1.00%、主网络气压0.35 MPa、油嘴与导丝钩间距为20 cm的工艺条件下,生产222 dtex/72 f扁平涤纶拉伸丝过程中毛丝和断头显著减少,满卷率达98.0%以上,且产品各项质量指标符合FZ/T 54039—2018《异形涤纶牵伸丝》规定的优等品要求,纤维断裂强度为3.80 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为27.5%,扁平度为4.0。A 222 dtex/72 f flat polyester drawn yarn was produced by melt direct spinning process.The spinneret,spinning temperature,cooling conditions,drawing process and oiling process were optimized aiming at the phenomenon of fiber hairiness and breakage in the production process.The results showed that the production proceeded stably when the ratio of length to width of the flat-hole spinneret was 101 and the initial pressure of the spinpack was(17.0±0.5)MPa;the produced 222 dtex/72 f flat polyester drawn yarn had the hairiness and breakage significantly decreased,full-package rate above 98.0%and quality indexes meeting the top-quality requirements of FZ/T 54039-2018 Profiled Polyester Drawn Yarn,including breaking strength of 3.80 cN/dtex,elongation at break of 27.5%and flatness of 4.0,under the process conditions of spinning temperature of 288℃,quenching speed of 0.80 m/s,height of calm zone of 65 mm,collection position of 1200 mm,draw ratio of 2.60,first hot roller temperature of 92℃,second hot roller temperature of 132℃,oil mass fraction of 20%,fiber oil content of 1.00%,main network pressure of 0.35 MPa and the distance between nozzle and yarn guide hook of 20 cm.
