摘  要:随着第二代认知科学的兴起,身体不再被认为是和心智泾渭分明的。然而强调身体重要性的具身认知运动也正在遭遇包括可重复性以及充分性等一系列问题。早在19世纪末威廉·詹姆斯就在其《心理学原理》一书中强调过身体以及内脏感受在情绪加工等方面的重要作用。从詹姆斯的经典情绪理论入手,通过对其基本主张、学界有影响力的质疑及辩护等内容的梳理,指出其理论的合理性,并结合当前的研究热点阐述詹姆斯对内脏变化的强调对于具身认知的内感受研究转向具有重要的风向标意义。结合当前内感受与心智问题的相关研究指出其当代价值与心理健康教育启示。With the rise of second-generation cognitive science,the body is no longer considered distinct from the mind.However,the embodied cognitive movement,emphasizing the importance of the body,is encountering some problems,including reproducibility and adequacy.As early as the late 19th century,William James,in his monograph Principles of Psychology,emphasized the importance of bodily and visceral feelings in the processing of emotions.Starting from James’s classical theory of emotion,the paper endeavors to point out the rationality of his theory through a review of his primary claims,significant challenges,and defenses in the academic community,and illustrate the importance of James’s emphasis on visceral changes concerning current research hotspots for the shift in research on visceral feelings in embodied cognition.Finally,the paper produces its contemporary value and implications for mental health education in the context of current research on interception and embodied mind.
