摘  要:为了深入了解钛合金激光再制造的发展现状,从再制造材料以及工艺方法两方面综述了钛合金激光再制造的研究进展。阐述了金属基粉末、陶瓷材料、稀土及其氧化物粉末的再制造特点与应用,论述了主要激光工艺参数对覆层形貌及性能的影响规律,讨论了数值模拟、辅助工艺以及复合工艺在该类合金部件激光再制造中的应用,最后对钛合金部件激光再制造的发展趋势进行了展望。In order to deeply understand the development status of laser remanufacture of titanium alloys,the research progress of laser remanufacturing of titanium alloy was reviewed from the aspects of remanufacturing materials,processes,and methods.The remanufacturing characteristics and applications of metal alloy powder,ceramic powder,rare earth and its oxide powder coatings were described.The effects of main process parameters on the morphology and properties of coatings were discussed.The applications of numerical simulation,auxiliary process and composite process in laser remanufacturing of titanium alloy parts were discussed.Finally,the development trend of laser remanufacturing of titanium alloy parts was prospected.
