摘 要:为了扩大叠片式空气冷却器在石油化工行业的应用,探究不同管径、管间距以及风筒高度对叠片式空气冷却器自然对流换热特性的影响,对2个典型结构的叠片式空气冷却器试件进行了自然对流换热实验,对其中一个试件进行了改变换热温差和风筒高度的实验。实验得到了试件的总传热系数和管外空气自然对流换热系数数据,以及管径、管间距、换热温差和风筒高度对管外空气自然对流换热的影响数据。研究结果表明:管径、管间距更小的叠片式换热器的换热特性更好;管外空气自然对流换热系数随着换热温差和风筒高度的增加而增加;综合考虑风筒高度、管间距、管径、试件高度、翅片间隙、换热温差、物性的影响,拟合得到了叠片式空冷器管外空气自然对流换热的计算关联式,可用于叠片式空冷器的自然对流换热设计,也可为其它翅片管空冷器的自然对流换热计算提供参考。The natural convective heat transfer experiment was conducted on the pilot of two typical laminated air cooler structures,one of which was the change of temperature difference and air duct height,in order to increase the application of laminated air cooler in the petrochemical industry and explore the influence of different tube diameter,tube pitch,and air duct height on the natural convective heat transfer characteristics of laminated air cooler.Additionally,test data on the effects of tube diameter,tube pitch,heat transfer temperature difference,and air duct height on the natural convective heat transfer of the air outside the tube was obtained.These measurements included the total heat transfer coefficient and the natural convective heat transfer coefficient of the air outside the tube.According to the findings,laminated heat exchangers with smaller tube diameters and tube pitch have higher heat transfer performance.As the heat transfer temperature difference and air duct height grow,so does the natural convective heat transfer coefficient of the air outside the tube.The calculation correlation of natural convection heat transfer of air outside the tube of the laminated air cooler was fitted,taking into account the influence of air duct height,tube pitch,tube diameter,specimen height,fin spacing,heat exchange temperature difference,and physical properties.The correlation can be used for the natural convection heat transfer design of the laminated air cooler and can also serve as a reference for the calculation of natural convective heat transfer.
