摘 要:蒸汽作为工业领域广泛应用的能源介质,输送过程计量仪表参差不齐,流动状态变化比较复杂。通过构建管网模型,可以实现系统仿真预演,为运行参数优化提供理论支撑。本文基于质量和能量平衡,系统地对蒸汽管网热力和水力损失展开分析,构建矩阵形式的管网模型。在线性化求解过程中采用温度插值策略,即水力和热力模型随时间交替求解。通过与某工业园区实际运行数据对比,参数误差大部分在5%以内,满足工程计算的精度要求,具有实际应用价值。As an energy medium widely used in the industrial field,the measurement instruments for the transmission process of steam are uneven,and the flow state changes are more complex.The system simulation preview can be realized by building the pipe network model,providing theoretical support for optimizing operating parameters.Based on the mass and energy balance,the thermal and hydraulic losses of the steam pipe network were systematically analyzed and a matrix pipe network model was constructed.The temperature interpolation was adopted in the online solution process,That is,the hydraulic and thermal models were solved alternately over time.Finally,compared with the actual operation data of an industrial park,the parameter error was mostly within 5%,which meeted the accuracy requirements of engineering calculation and had practical application value.
