摘 要:针对某机组一次风机进口消音器管道振动剧烈的问题,通过理论计算、振动测试、现场风机性能试验、数值模拟计算等多种方法,确定了主要原因,提出治理方案。研究结果表明:一次风机进口风道振动前均发生了一次风机落入不稳定区的现象,即一次风机落入不稳定区是一次风机进口风道振动的主要原因。根据提出的优化运行方案:降低风机调节门开度,适当提高风机运行转速,使风机运行工况点远离不稳定运行区域,解决了消音器风道振动问题。Against the problem that severe vibration of the imported muffler of the primary fan,the main causes were determined and the treatment scheme was proposed through theoretical calculation,vibration test,on-site fan performance test,numerical simulation calculation and other methods.The results show that the phenomenon of the fan falling into the unstable zone occurs before the vibration of the inlet air duct,that is,the falling of the primary fan into the unstable area is the main cause of the vibration of the inlet air duct.According to the proposed solution:reduce the opening degree of the fan adjustment door,appropriately increase the operating speed of the fan,and keep the operating condition point of the fan away from the unstable operation area,which can successfully solve the problem.
