摘  要:陇东长7页岩油是我国目前探明储量规模最大的页岩油整装油田。长7储层纵横向砂体变化快、非均质性强,采用短水平井、小井丛等模式难以实现储量有效动用和高效开发,针对此问题,借鉴国内外页岩油开发成功经验,根据自身特点,利用专业设计软件,创新大偏移距三维丛式水平井设计方法。在新的开发模式下,根据施工特点和难点,探索形成了适合大井丛长水平段开发的钻具组合模板;针对二开长裸眼段井身结构,研发了具有增强抑制、封堵护壁、压力平衡、复合润滑功能的高效水基钻井液体系;通过软件模拟套管下入,确定施工难点及应对措施,配套五段式低密高强固井工艺,成功解决了长水平段完井难题。该配套技术在4个20口以上水平井的平台成功应用,其中,H100平台创造了平均水平段最长、平台布井最多等6项亚洲陆上记录。The Longdong Chang7 shale oil is the largest shale oil field in China with proven reserves.The longitudinal and horizontal sand bodies of the Chang7 reservoir change rapidly and have strong heterogeneity.It is difficult to achieve effective utilization of reserves and efficient development by using short horizontal wells and small well clusters,etc.To address this problem,the successful experience of shale oil development at home and abroad is used for reference.According to its characteristics,the design method of three-dimensional cluster horizontal wells with large offsets was innovated by using professional design software.Under the new development mode,according to the construction characteristics and difficulties,the drilling assembly template suitable for the development of long horizontal sections in large well clusters was developed.Aiming at the wellbore structure of the long open hole section of the second section,it was developed a high efficiency water-based drilling fluid system with enhanced inhibition,plugging and wall protection,pressure balance,and composite lubrication functions.Through software simulation of casing running,the construction difficulties and countermeasures were determined,and the five-stage low density and high strength cementing technology were matched to successfully solve the completion problem of a long horizontal section.The matching technology has been successfully applied in four platforms with more than 20 horizontal wells.Among them,the H100 platform has created six Asian land records,such as the longest average horizontal section and the largest number of platform wells.
