摘  要:苏里格致密气藏气层段固井质量差,难以满足新标准要求,2020年因气窜不达标井占比约15%,严重影响固井效率和后期开发。为此开发新型界面增强型隔离前置液和防气窜水泥浆,优化设计防气窜压稳固井工艺以提高防气窜能力。室内研究表明界面增强型隔离前置液可有效提高冲洗效率增强界面胶结强度;新型防气窜水泥浆从性能系数、触变性、静胶凝强度过渡时间、水泥石早期抗压强度、水泥石渗透率、水泥石膨胀率等方面有效提高防气窜能力;从注替、候凝最可能发生气窜的时刻进行精细防气窜压稳设计,确保压稳气层。现场应用于300余口井,固井施工顺利,固井质量达标井占96.5%,有效解决气窜问题。The cementing quality of gas intervals in the Sulige tight gas reservoir is difficult to meet the requirements of the new standard.In 2020,the rate of wells,which fail to meet the standard due to gas channeling,was about 15%.This seriously affected cementing efficiency and later development.Therefore,a new type of interface-enhanced isolation pre flush and a gas channeling prevention cement slurry was developed.And then the pressure stabilizing well technology was optimized to improve gas channeling prevention ability.The laboratory study showed that the interface-enhanced isolation pre flush can effectively improve the flushing efficiency and enhance the interface cementation strength;the new gas channeling prevention cement slurry can effectively improve the anti-gas channeling ability from the aspects of performance coefficient,thixotropy,static cementing strength transition time,early compressive strength of cement stone,the permeability of cement stone,the expansion rate of cement stone,etc.From the time of injection and waiting for condensation,when gas channeling is most likely to occur,a fine gas channeling prevention and pressure stability design was carried out to ensure pressure stabilization of the gas reservoir.The technology has been applied to more than 300 wells in the Sulige tight gas reservoir.The results show that the cementing operations are smooth,with 96.5%of wells passing the quality of cementing,effectively solving the problem of gas channeling.
