摘  要:南海西部某油田存在单井采收率低、井控储量小的难题。为进一步提高单井泄油面积,提出了空心斜向器与定向射孔相结合的工艺技术。重点介绍了该技术所涉及的空心斜向器、旁通循环阀及0°相位射孔枪等配套设施。WC-X1井通过井身结构设计和侧钻点选择优化,前期采用空心斜向器侧钻分支井眼,后期利用定向射孔实现主井眼与分支井眼间的连通。在现场施工中将开窗方位与射孔方位精度控制在10°以内,同时利用空心斜向器上的标记源实现射孔深度精准定位,顺利完成分支井作业,单井产量提升至原先的2.5倍以上。该套相关技术相比其它分支井作业,不仅成本低、难度小,而且对于后续海上油田开发中提高槽口利用率,降低工程建设成本,均具有较高的推广价值。There are challenges to low single well recovery rates and small well controlled reserves in an oilfield located in the western South China Sea.To further increase the single well drainage area,it is proposed a process technology combining a hollow whipstock with directional perforation.The article focuses on the supporting facilities involved in this technology,such as the hollow whipstock,bypass circulation valves,and 0°phase perforating gun.In well WC-X1,through optimization of the wellbore structure design and selection of the sidetracking point,the hollow whipstock was used to sidetrack the lateral wellbore in the early stage,and the directional perforation later was used to connect the main borehole with the branch borehole.Under construction on site,the azimuth of the window opening and perforation were controlled within 10°of each other,while the marked source on the whipstock was used to realize the precise positioning of the perforation depth,resulting in the successful completion of the branch well operation and an increase in single well production to more than 2.5 times the original.Compared with other branch well operations,this technology is not only less costly and difficult but also has a high value in promoting how to improve slot utilization and reduce construction costs in subsequent offshore oil field development.
