摘 要:四川盆地川西北部红星潜伏构造目的层栖霞组埋深超7 000 m,HX1井是区域内第一口风险探井,该井最后一开次采用Ø139.7 mm钻头从井深7 678 m钻进至完钻井深7 779 m,井底井斜31°、温度160℃,下Ø114.3 mm尾管悬挂固井,裸眼段长仅101m,尾管重量轻、环空间隙小。固井施工面临超深短尾管倒扣丢手验证困难、水泥浆抗高温性能及顶替计量要求高等技术难题。为此,通过强化固井施工过程控制,应用加长型尾管悬挂器降低超深短尾管倒扣丢手验证难度,优化浆柱结构并采用抗高温水泥浆体系保障固井质量。该井Ø114.3 mm尾管固井施工顺利,固井质量合格率95%。该技术对超深小井眼短尾管悬挂固井具有借鉴价值。The buried depth of the Qixia Formation,the target layer of the Hongxing buried structure in the northwest of the Sichuan Basin,exceeds 7000 m.The well HX1 is the first risky exploratory well in the region.The well was drilled with aØ139.7 mm bit from a depth of 7678 m to a completed well depth of 7779 m.The bottom hole deviation was 31°and the temperature was 160℃.The well was suspended and cemented with a tailpipe liner ofØ114.3 mm,with the length of the open hole section only 101 m,a lightweight tailpipe,and a small annular space gap.Cementing construction is faced with technical problems such as difficulty in verifying the release of ultra-deep short liner backoff,high temperature resistance of cement slurry,and high requirements for displacement measurement.Therefore,through the strengthening control of cementing construction process and the application of lengthened liner hanger,the difficulty of verification of ultra-deep short liner backoff release was overcome.Through the optimization of the slurry column structure and the use of a high temperature resistant cement slurry system,the cementing quality was ensured.The cementing operation of theØ114.3 mm liner in this well was successfully constructed with a 95%pass rate.The technique has some reference value for future short liner suspension and cementing in the ultra-deep slim hole.
