摘 要:目的 探讨生物反馈治疗仪联合悬吊运动训练(SET)在脊髓损伤(SCI)后下肢肌肉痉挛患者中的应用。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年10月于医院就诊的78例SCI后下肢肌肉痉挛患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各39例。对照组予以SET治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用生物反馈治疗仪治疗,两组均治疗8周,比较两组痉挛程度[改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)及综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分]、下肢运动[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分]和平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BSS)评分]。结果 治疗后,两组MAS及CSS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FMA及BSS评分均高于治疗前,且试验组评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生物反馈治疗仪联合SET治疗SCI后下肢肌肉痉挛患者不仅能减轻下肢肌肉痉挛程度,而且能改善下肢运动及平衡功能。Objective The application of biofeedback therapy instrument combined with suspension exercise training(SET)in the treatment of patients with lower limb muscle spasm after spinal cord injury(SCI)was explored.Methods From May 2021 to October 2022,78 patients with lower extremity muscle spasm after SCI admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given SET therapy,and the patients in the test group were treated with biofeedback therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The degree of spasticity[modified Ashworth scale(MAS)and composite spasticity scale(CSS)scores],lower limb movement[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score]and balance functions[Berg balance scale(BSS)score]of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MAS and CSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the FMA and BSS scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy instrument combined with SET therapy for patients with lower extremity muscle spasm after SCI can not only significantly reduce the degree of lower extremity muscle spasm,but also improve the lower extremity movement and balance functions.
