摘　　要：术后谵妄(POD)是一种短暂性、器质性脑综合征,临床又称急性意识障碍,患者多合并注意力、感受、思维、记忆等多功能障碍,同时伴有精神运动障碍和睡眠障碍。老年患者行全身麻醉下鼻内镜手术极易并发POD。该文从POD的相关因素、手术及麻醉类型、POD的评估指标及风险预测以及POD的预防和治疗措施、围手术期干预等方面对老年患者行全身麻醉鼻内镜手术后发生POD的情况展开综述,建议临床通过术前加强POD重视并及时消除相关诱因,实施针对性治疗和早期有效干预,提高患者术后早期康复效果。Postoperative delirium(POD) is a transient and organic brain syndrome,which is another name for acute consciousness disorder in clinical practice.Most patients are complicated with attention,feeling,thinking,memory and other multiple dysfunction,as well as psychomotor disorder and sleep disorder.Under general anesthesia,elderly patients with endoscopic sinus surgery are prone to POD.This review summarized the occurrence of postoperative POD in elderly patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia from the aspects of related factors of POD,types of surgery and anesthesia,POD evaluation indicators and risk prediction,POD prevention and treatment measures,perioperative intervention,etc.It's recommended that it is extremely important for early postoperative rehabilitation of patients by paying more attention to POD before surgery and eliminating relevant incentives in a timely manner,and implementing targeted treatment and early effective intervention.
