摘 要:目的:观察推拿结合盆底生物反馈治疗产后骶髂关节错位的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年6月~2021年12月收治的60例产后骶髂关节错位患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,其中骶髂关节前错位者予屈髋屈膝按压法,后错位者予后伸扳法;治疗组在对照组基础上进行盆底生物反馈训练。比较两组治疗前后I型肌肌电位和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的ODI评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)、I型肌肌电位较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的ODI评分、I型肌肌电位均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左右骨盆倾斜距离均缩小(P<0.05),但两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:推拿联合盆底生物反馈治疗产后骶髂关节错位的效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with pelvic floor biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation.Method:Sixty patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation admitted from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with routine massage,in which the patients with anterior dislocation of sacroiliac joint were treated with hip flexion and knee flexion pressing,and the patients with posterior dislocation were treated with posterior extension pulling;The treatment group received biofeedback training of pelvic floor on the basis of the control group.Type I myoelectric potential and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the ODI scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the type I muscle potential increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The ODI scores and type I muscle potential of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tilt distance of the left and right pelvis in both groups decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with pelvic floor biofeedback has a significant effect on postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation.
