推拿手法治疗女性生殖抑郁障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,女性抑郁障碍高发,而女性有经前期、产褥期、更年期三个与生殖相关的抑郁障碍特发期。本文通过检索近年有关女性生殖抑郁障碍的文献,总结中医和现代医学对于女性生殖抑郁障碍的认识,以及对于三个女性生殖抑郁特发期有关推拿的临床研究进展,结果表明推拿手法治疗女性生殖抑郁障碍的效果显著,值得推广。In recent years,female depressive disorder has a high incidence,and women have three idiopathic periods of depression related to reproduction:premenstrual period,puerperium and menopause.By searching the literature on female reproductive depression in recent years,this paper summarizes the understanding of female reproductive depression in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,as well as the clinical research progress of massage in the three idiopathic periods of female reproductive depression,the results show that massage is effective in the treatment of female reproductive depression,which is worth popularizing.
