夹脊排针法合督灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夹脊排针法合督灸改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛与功能的有效性和安全性。方法:随机将符合标准的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予夹脊排针法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用督灸;两组共治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日本下腰痛JOA评分,评价两组患者疼痛与功能改善情况。结果:治疗结束后,观察组总有效率为87.5%,高于对照组的77.5%,两者的临床总有效率有显著差异(P<0.01);两组患者的VAS评分都较前有所降低(P<0.01),JOA评分均比治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),并且观察组的评分改善程度远优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:夹脊排针法合督灸有利于改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛及腰椎功能。Objective:This experiment observed the efficacy and safety of Jiaji points-parallel acupuncture combined with Du channel Moxibustion in improving pain and function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The experiment randomly divided 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation into the control group and the observation group,which owns 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jiaji points-parallel acupuncture.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Du channel Moxibustion.The treatment period of two groups is both two weeks.The pain and functional improvement of the two groups were evaluated by comparing the Visual Analogue Score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association score before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,which was higher than that of the control group,77.5%.The difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with before and after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.01),and the JOA scores were both increased(P<0.01).The improvement of the scores of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiaji points-parallel acupuncture combined with Du channel Moxibustion is beneficial to improve the pain and lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
