摘 要:目的:通过对一例舌系带过短(ankyloglossia)伴构音障碍儿童舌尖前音/s/构音训练效果分析及行舌系带矫正术前后的声学特点比较,探究此类儿童构音矫正方法及声学客观分析对构音效果的评估与监控作用。方法:记录在行舌系带矫正术前,该儿童舌尖前音/s/训练前后单音节准确率变化,同时记录在舌系带矫正术前后,该儿童/su/音频谱重心(Spectrum Center of Gravity)及主观听感变化,进行前后对比。结果:在行舌系带矫正术前,针对该儿童舌尖前音的构音训练效果显著,/s/单音节准确率在通过训练后逐步提升,但在主观听感上较为含糊、粗糙,偏向/sh/音;在行舌系带矫正术后该儿童/su/音频谱重心有明显提升,并且在主观听感上清晰度有所提升。结论:该舌系带过短伴构音障碍儿童通过针对性的构音训练发音水平得到显著提升,但由于舌系带的物理牵制,舌尖形态扁平并限制舌尖进一步上抬,导致发/s/音时气流不够集中,频谱重心偏低,对该儿童行舌系带矫正术后/s/音听感上更为清晰,频谱重心也有较大提升。采用Praat软件对舌尖音声学分析,可更形象、精确地监控患者的发音变化,并为构音矫治提供指导。Objective:To explore the articulation correction of such children by analyzing the effect of training effect on the tip of the tongue/s/argument in a child with short tongue frenulum and dysarthria and comparing the acoustic characteristics before and after tongue frenulum correction.Methods and acoustic objective analysis to evaluate and monitor the effect of articulation.Methods:Before and after tongue-tie correction,the change in the accuracy of the child's pre-tongue/s/monosyllable before and after training was recorded.Sense of change,before and after comparison.Results:Before the tongue-tie correction operation,the effect of the articulation training on the front of the tongue tip of the child was significant.The accuracy of/s/monosyllable was gradually improved after training,but the subjective sense of hearing was vague,rough,and biased./sh/sound;after tongue frenulum correction,the child's/su/audio spectrum center of gravity was significantly improved,and the subjective sense of hearing was improved.Conclusion:The children with short tongue-tie and dysarthria have significantly improved their pronunciation through targeted articulation training.However,due to the physical restraint of the tongue-tie,the shape of the tongue tip is flat and restricts the further lifting of the tongue tip,resulting in the pronunciation of/s/The air flow is not concentrated enough during the sound,and the center of gravity of the spectrum is low.After the tongue frenulum correction for the child,the hearing sense of/s/sound is clearer,and the center of gravity of the spectrum is also greatly improved.Acoustic analysis of the tip of the tongue using Praat software can monitor the patient's pronunciation changes more vividly and accurately,and provide guidance for articulation correction.
