摘  要:目的:探讨2016-2020年国家自然科学基金中药资源科学资助总体情况以及研究热点,以期为中药资源科学基础研究的进一步发展提供参考。方法:通过“八爪鱼采集器(V8.2.2.111911版本)”采集国家自然科学基金查询网、国家自然科学基金项目查询网2016-2020年申请代码为H.3201(中药资源)资助项目所有信息,采用Excel2016数据透视表及透视图分析年度立项项目资助数量、金额、依托单位等,以及通过BDP个人版官方网站对立项省份分布作图展示,并通过PyCharm Community Edition软件撰写jieba分词代码及Microsoft Word2016的宏代码程序对项目名称进行分词,并将研究对象、项目名称词频结果导入Word Art官方网站在线热点词云图绘制以分析研究热点。结果:2016-2020年NSFC中药资源科学领域资助项目数量、金额总体呈轻微下降趋势;项目类别以面上项目和青年科学基金项目为主,依托单位以高等院校为主,资助地域总体布局较广,但呈现出地域发展不平衡的态势。研究对象词汇出现较大比重的有:丹参、人参、三七、地黄、铁皮石斛、白木香、甘草、当归、党参、广藿香等。标题词汇出现较大比重的有:机制、调控、分子、品质、生物合成、转录因子等。结论:2016-2020年NSFC资助的中药资源领域研究立项项目数量及金额略下降,主要集中在高等院校,立项地区发展呈现不均衡,丹参、人参、三七等是重点研究对象,中药生物合成与调控、中药资源品质与评价、转录因子等是研究热衷领域,有学科交叉特点。建议广大学者从药性理论为切入点,多组学技术手段,从生物学、生态学、分子生物学等角度科学研究分析,全方位、多层次推进中药资源基础研究,且应注重中药理论及技术方法的原始创新。Objective:To explore the overall situation and research hotspot of the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2016-2020,in order to provide a reference for the further development of basic research on TCM resources science.Methods:All the information of H.3201(TCM Resources)2010 application code for the 2016-2020 project project through the Octopus Collector(V8.2.2.111911)Collection,Excel2016 perspective chart and perspective chart are used to analyze annual project amount,amount,supporting units,etc.,And through the BDP personal version of the distribution of the project province map display,And through the PyCharm Community Edition software to write jieba word code and Microsoft Word2016 macro code program for the project name word,The results of the research object and the project name word frequency were imported into the Word Art official website online hot word cloud map to analyze the research hotspot.Results:From 2016-2020,the number of NSFC funded projects,the main projects,and institutions of higher learning,with wide overall regional layout,but unbalanced regional development.A large proportion of the vocabulary of the study subjects were:Salvia miltiorrhiza,ginseng,Panax notoginseng,rehmannia,Dendrobium officinale,licorice,licorice,angelica,Dangshen,patchouli,etc.A large proportion of title words are:mechanism,regulation,molecule,quality,biosynthesis,transcription factors,etc.Conclusion:2016-2020 NSFC resources research project number and amount slightly,mainly concentrated in colleges and universities,project regional development is unbalanced,ginseng,ginseng,notoginseng is the key research object,biosynthesis and regulation,Chinese medicine resource quality and evaluation,transcription factors is keen research,have interdisciplinary characteristics.It is suggested that scholars should conduct scientific research and analysis from pharmaceutical theory as the starting point,multi-group technical means,from the perspective of biology,ecology and molecular biology,promote the basic research
