探讨乡村振兴背景下如何通过信息化技术开展农民技术培训

摘　　要：我国社会经济的快速向前发展,乡村振兴战略在落实的过程当中,其中最重要的影响因素就是人才。在乡村振兴的发展背景之下,通过积极的应用信息化技术,可以有效推动新型职业农民的培训工作持续开展。在现代化农业发展的过程中,需要培养新型的职业农民,转变农民落后的生产和种植观念,提高他们的社会适应能力。针对农民技术培训工作当中所存在的问题进行分析,制定具有针对性的培训机制,希望可以有效推动农民技术培训工作的持续开展。With the rapid development of China's social economy and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the most important factor is talent.Under the development background of rural revitalization,the training of new vocational farmers can be effectively promoted through the active application of information technology.In the process of modern agricultural development,it is necessary to cultivate new professional farmers,change farmers'backward production and planting concepts,and improve their social adaptability.Analyze the problems existing in farmers'technical training,and formulate targeted training mechanism,hoping to effectively promote the continuous development of farmers'technical training.
