摘  要:为保障台州市主城区河道的生态服务功能,在分析该地区河道特点的基础上,构建了一种适用于该地区的生态需水计算方法,该方法综合考虑了流速、水位和水质3个方面的要求,并利用MIKE11水动力水质模型,定量确定了能够达到生态流速、生态水位和水质目标的河道水量调度方法。计算结果表明,主城区河网的生态流速为0.1 m/s,生态水位阈值范围为1.8~2.24 m,在充分发挥再生水清洁水源的基础上辅以河道补水,台州主城区河网在丰水年、平水年、枯水年均能够同时满足水位、流速及水质的目标要求,可为城市河网合理调配水资源维持河湖生态健康提供决策依据。To ensure the ecological service function of the rivers in the main urban area of Taizhou City,this study constructed an ecological water demand calculation method suitable for this area based on the analysis of the characteristics of the rivers in this area.This method comprehensively considers the requirements of flow velocity,water level and water quality,and uses MIKE11 hydrodynamic water quality model to quantitatively determine a river water allocation method which can achieve ecological flow velocity,ecological water level and water quality goals.The calculation results have shown that the ecological flow velocity of the main urban river network is 0.1 m/s,and the ecological water level threshold range is 1.8~2.24 m.By fully utilizing reclaimed water as a clean water source supplemented by river replenishment,Taizhou’s main urban river network is meeting the target requirements of water level,flow velocity and water quality in wet years,normal years and dry years.This study provides a decision basis for rationally allocating water resources to maintain ecological health of rivers and lakes in urban river network areas.
